At lunch and dinner

  • Always start with a salad.

You put what you want in it, avoiding meat, bacon bits, cheese and favoring grated raw beetroot, lemon, olive oil, garlic, fish, raw, grated, minced vegetables , dried beans, chickpeas, sprouted seeds.

The ingredients used in the sauces are important: Lemon, first cold pressed oil, organic cider vinegar, unfiltered, unrefined, mustard, soy sauce, garlic, onions, shallots, fresh herbs.

No wine, alcohol or balsamic vinegar (too sweet), no very white oil.
